Quantum
Development Group has been at the forefront of the building industry since
1956 and has completed projects totaling hundreds of millions of
dollars, and encompassing every conceivable construction method.
Early on, we found that there were three universal issues that are
of primary importance and concern to our clients:
"Quality," "Price," and "Timely
Completion." No one of these issues is of lesser importance
than the next, and attention to each is required in order to have a
successful project. For nearly forty years, we have been committed
to the ideals of "Quality," "Price," and
"Timely Completion" as essential and integral elements of
each project. |
Quantum Development Group has NEVER had a project go over schedule, and most
of our projects are completed well ahead of the required schedule. In all
honesty, on-time completion is the only way we can be profitable on your
project and is one of the main components of project cost control. We know
that you do not have to sacrifice quality for price control, or for timely
completion. We also know that even the most basic industrial building can
receive exceptional attention to detail and quality without losing focus
on the required cost constraints and time limitations.
